Gazzd – Pesky Pineapple Sample

A healthy adult is usually not recommended to take more than 400mg of caffeine per day. This equals a little less than 3 scoops.

1 scoop (or a sample) = 1 serving. Toss one scoop in with 2-3 dl of water and you got yourself a delicious blend.

First make sure to fill your shaker with 2-3 dl of water. (We however found it to be very strong and recommend to almost double that amount of water).

Empty the whole sample or a scoop (included in the tub) filled to the brim into the shaker.

Now it’s time to shake. Make sure you have closed the lid properly and have a firm grip on the shaker. Shake! Shake! Shake! for roughly 10-20 seconds or until you got a lean and fully dissolved mix.
